We would like to buy a new Battery Test Station (Battery Cycler) for testing 150Ah LFP Batteries in Crate (0.1-2C). Apart from the Max Voltage and Current range of the test system, what else has to be considered while buying a test system?
It would be very helpful if anyone can suggest some good test systems suppliers for this test (>300A)?

The problem you will be facing is the following:
You will test your battery at 1C up to 15-20C. This indicates a discharge current of 300A up to 6,000A. Even if you are testing a single cell of 4.2v (3v End voltage) this results in a power of 18,000-24,000 watts. It will have to be a very big system.

If you plan to perform some lifetime tests you will need a tester that allows a software control of charge and discharge so you can cycle the battery automatically.
In addition you might consider using a oven to test the battery at different temperatures to accelerate the battery lifetime.

Thank you for the answer. I would like to what I should consider while purchasing a Battery Test Station (Batterieprüfstand). Apart from the max current and voltage requirement has to be taken into consideration.
I was thinking to add generative function, parallel operation funcion, temperature modules to the list. What else in technical aspect I have to consider? How much sensitivity, scan rate for such a high current application etc....
