I built a model to simulate the interaction between the wave and a cylinder in the sea. I use Abaqus/Aqua to merge the current and wave environment and apply drag and inertia force on it by editing keywords.
However, only the beam element near the fixed end shows reaction force. The rest elements all have zero reaction force. I can't fond the reason. Can anybody help me?

Reaction forces (RF) are calculated at boundary conditions. You can use section force (SF) instead of reaction force.

Jetties in nearshore and legs of offshore structures are subjected to wave hydrodynamic force, current and wind loading. The loads on the structure varies in time and with position (x, y and z directions). It is possible to specify such loads in Abaqus directly. When applying these types of loads to beams, it may be easier to use Abaqus/Aqua. Within Abaqus/Aqua the environment of a structure can be defined including a steady current, waves and a wind profile. Based on this environment, loads due to drag, buoyancy and inertia can be defined.of
Since for calculation of the applied hydrodynamic forces due to waves and currents applied to cylindrical members, the Morison formula is used and the Morison formula depends on drag and inertia forces which the first one depends on velocity and the second one depends on the acceleration of the water particles and always there is a phase angle between the inertia force and Drag force and both of them depend on time, therefore I think somewhere either the software or you do not pay attention accurately to the time the the phase angle between inertia and drag forces, because it you find zero reaction. Globllay Abaqus/aqua software is good for beam elements, for other types of members you'd better use SACS software, FASTRUDL software or the like.

Thank you sir, your advises are really helpful! Now I can see the reaction force in each element.
But I've got another problem. I build this model based on a worked example in a text book. However, the result from Abaqus is almost ten times bigger than the answer given in the book. The data I used and forces being applied (drag and inertia force)on the model are same. I can't find the reason to such big difference. Do you have any ideas?
