In synthesis of titanium dioxide by Sol gel I use 10 ml of titanium tetra isopropoxide to get 2g of TiO2 in oxide form.
But I can recuperate only 0.72g of catalyst in the oxide form.
How I can recuperate a maximum quantity in oxide form ??
The quantity of the catalyst used is always small because the catalysts are acting as the initiators or accelerators of the reactions & recovered back when the reaction is over.
What is the size of your nanoparticles for the catalyst? Take the pigment of titanium dioxide, rub it well in an agate mortar and disperse without stabilizer in water. Filter out the part that is at the top of the cylinder to settle the dispersion. Repeat the procedure to get the correct amount.

The question is if I use 10ml of TTIP (precursor) I must recuperate 2g of Titanium dioxide TiO2 with Sol gel route.
The problem is the form oxide at the end of synthesis is very small??

You got 83% of the theoretical yield by reaction. To synthesize this very much. Make a simple calculation yourself and compare with mine.
