I am making a basic perovskite solar cell using MAPbI3. My device structure is FTO/SnO2/MAPbI3/Spiro-MeOTAD/Ag. I've followed standard procedure, however, my J-V curve is not smooth (Please see pictures) and the series resistance is too high. I've made several times, but no luck. I am feeling frustrated because I can't understand where's the problem.
It will be very helpful if experts can give me some suggestions.

Check out the step size of the voltage you are varying. And this might be because of the band alignment (CB as well as VB offset) of the materials used.
Gaurav Siddharth I am using the standard structure, FTO/SnO2/MAPbI3/Spiro-MeOTAD/Ag. So, I think band alignment may not be the real issue.
Mohammad Hosein Mohammadi This is the default program of Solar Simulator.
Update: In our case, the problem was in contact. I used Ag, instead of Au. And I haven't used any buffer layer. The work function was too high. Later I used Au, and I got excellent PCE.
