The n parameter determined with the Almond-West formalism for my samples is major than 1. In the literature, usually this value is close to 0.7. However I can´t find a reason to reject my results.
Perhaps you should read first the original empirical proposal from Jonscher. If you allow me to ask, why do you need to follow any formalismo to explain your results? If you haven't any doubts about them (are they a response of the material? Is there any electrode effect? Did I correctly used the cables for that frequency range? Should I analyse the microstructure? etc.), try another explanation: you and science will feel better.
