Generally dissipation rate of herbicide increases with increase in soil moisture. But in some herbicide a decrease in dissipation rate has been reported as well. What could the possible reason for decrease in dissipation rate or longer half life of herbicide in flooded or anaerobic conditions? Kindly attach reference as well. Thank you in advance.
