In the temperature variation of ferroelectric ceramics, the dielectric constant increases upto Curie temperature (Tc), and above Tc it decreases. why the dielectric constant decreases instead of constant value.

Below transition temperature Tc [ferro phase]
The increase of έ dielectric constant below the Tc is due to increase of the polarization arising from easy orientation of dipoles
Above transition temperature
The decrease in the dielectric constant is due to increase of thermal oscillation of the molecules &increase of degree of disorder of dipoles
