Why TFEB is translocated to Nucleus in control cells?

Hi, I am co-transfecting Hela cells with TFEB-GFP plasmid and Plasmid of Interest. However. In my control cells the TFEB also mostly translocate to nucleus. Although, I replaced medium 1h before collecting the cells to avoid starvation but sill i am getting TFEB inside the nucleus. Anyone experienced with such problems can guide me? Thanks
