Why synthetic hormones like Picloram induce best callus when compared to natural hormones like IAA and IBA in most of the plants?

In many papers, synthetic hormones induces good callus when compared to natural hormones like IAA and IBA. Same result has been obtained in my study with respect to Mucuna pruriens, where picloram has given better results than others. Why is that so?
