In our lab, sometimes we find some mice that have part of the skull very thin, almost transparent, that it is clearly not well developed.

This is particularly a problem when we do stereotaxic surgery since the Bregma is very difficult to be defined, but not impossible. From our observations, it seems that it is not associated with brain anomalies, and with particular attention, we can proceed with the surgery.

We are working with mutants mice lines but this happened with wt or mutants without differences.
