I really do think the need of such things. Cultural differences may creates trouble among various sections of students. So, its better to keep learning and teaching institutions free from such activities. However, I support a separate institution for such activities.
If culture is the wealth of knowledge of the present and the past and the ability to project to the probable immediate future, educators have to be particularly competent to communicate to students the free baggage whenever possible errors, myths and inaccuracies that distorcionen occur and understanding of the real situation prevailing. They are counselors to get an idea of why it is as it is and where you can go and can provide the values and guidelines that lead to educating the desire for a future consistent with those values.
Your opinion is praiseworthy but I do not agree this point ,we should open separate institutions for cultural activities.Teachers should know different aspects of culture then students also appreciate it but teacher is sticky for particular culture then students go in what direction--------------
I think you are right to the point that if a "teacher is sticky for particular culture then students go in what direction-----------". This is the biggest problem in the system when it is talk about cultural competence inside institutions. As we can see how ours leaders are culturally biased and almost enemies of each others. So, it is possible that such activities may divide the students in different groups which may be too harmful for character and social development of the students as well as the state.
As we can see how ours leaders are culturally biased and almost enemies of each others but teachers are almost friends of each other because teachers inculcate values, ethics, respect for different cultures, leadership qualities among students.
It is better to maintain friendship among the students rather that creating the same bias as our leader have on the basis of cultural differences. So, introducing such cultural competences should be avoided to maintain harmony among various section of students, not only for betterment of the students but also for the rest.
Part of being culturally sensitive is to realize that we are all a product of our culture (just like we all have an accent, not just others) and to work to overcome culturally and historically bound biases.

Being competent in your own culture is a very pure base for education. The educator should be competent in the culture of the Other. In this way, it is possible to understand ourselves and the Other. Moreover, to be culturally competent means to have a critical attitude towards your own culture, as well as towards the culture of the Other.
Cultural homogeneity is a pipe dream strengthened in the first half of last century. Today anyone can become aware of the cultural diversity in every nation, region, state, city. Educators then will encounter students from different cultures, with backgrounds and very different beliefs, and should have the ability to act prudently and respectfully to this diversity, be sensitive to include in the process of teaching and learning for all participants and feeding intelligence training recovering the diversity among learners.
