As per my opinion and other technical observations, the scientific publications become biased. Only privileged university/institution and such flagship affiliation gets priority regardless the contents therein. They get acceptance and get published within couple of weeks.

On contrary, the amateur researchers get rejected after two or more months, eventually they become demotivated towards the further publications. As they can easily compare the published archive articles with the rejected ones.

Moreover, the reply of rejection sometimes is very harsh and do not meet the science ethics. In case of amateur researcher it is really alarming in further career.

Expecting your kind opinion in this regard.
