I want your suggestions on a problem which I am facing while using Gibbs reactor in Aspen Plus using IDEAL property. My aim is to check out at what conditions once can obtain the max amount of Boron from B2O3. The simulation conditions provided is

Input:

Process temperature range : 100 to 500 deg C

Pressure (abs): 110,000 Pa

B2O3 = 77.28 gms/hr (liquid)

Mg = 18.25 gms/hr (liquid)

H2 = 9.072 gms/hr (gas)

Output = ??

The result obtained shows same amount of product distribution for wide range of temperature fluctuations. One obvious change observed is that of the enthalpy data. Generally we find a variation in product distribution with change in process conditions like temp and pressure but here the pressure being maintained constant and the temp varied, the product distribution remains the same. Why is it so??
