I tried to use Mn dopant into MAPbBr3 perovskite, but,I don't understand why the plqy of the thin film will decrease too much in the next day and then after several days it can also get increased in the ambient air environment.

It is found that the strong ionic bonding of halide PNCs inherently results in their easy reactivity with moisture, oxygen, temperature, and UV light.
So what do you observed may be attributed to the instability of the perovskite.
For the mechanisms responsible for the observed behavior one have to analyze the material after the environ mental exposure as hinted by Xuhua.

@Zhou Qian Could you please show the PL spectra from the fresh sample, then next day and several days later?
The decreased PL is likely from the reaction to water or oxygen. The increased PL after a few days could come from the reaction outcome forming new species, but wouldn't last long if you measure continuously. To find out more in depth, you need to take your active material out from your devices to use other techniques and analyse what compounds are.
