Makes sense not to test pH right?

Stomach secretes lot of acid and pancreas secretes bicarbonate intointestine to neutralize food comin from stomach. In effect, these two dymanic processes would just overwhelm any subtle changes in the pH of orally delivered substance.

Its a different thing if the test substance is concentrated mineral acid. Just joking...
