Excuse me Mr. Breuer, It's my fault. I uploaded a new one. It's a little better and that material is steel.

I tried tones of different conditions but all of them had almost same results. my optimum condition is:

1- Plasma Nitriding

2-Polishing

3- Cleaning by Acetone

3- Heating during pumping until T=250 ˚C and P=10-5 Torr

2- Etching

- gas: Argon

- Substance Temperature=250 ˚C

-Time= 10 min

-V= 500v

-P= 2.1 * 10-3 Torr

3- Coating

-Substrate Temperature=250 ˚C

Time= 50 min

IARC = 95 A

VBIAS =120 V

P= 3* 10-4 Torr

Actually I can't heat during process because of my equipment constraints.

I increased heating time in my last test and adhesive has been better meaningfully.
