I am doing research on cancer and its probable association with few genes which I am showing with qPCR data and it is not possible for me to do WB for that and if I study any pathway. Is it possible to publish the data without doing WB ?

Given that every molecule undergoes degradation via ubiquitin-proteasome-dependent or autophagy-dependent manner, the change in the half-life period seems to be important to regulate the signal transduction. That is why you have to check not only mRNA but also protein level by WB, immunostaining or flow cytometry.
