My all samples are from wild type mice and my protein of interest interest is suppose to be present in all samples. But it is present in few and absent in others. All samples are Wildtype but why it is absent in few samples?
@vipul. It's samples from same types of animal but one is show protein in one sample but absent in other one in western and theoretically itt. Should be present in both since is similar sample
whether the protein samples were prepared at the same time using the same reagents? and if the amount of protein loaded same? that is quality and quantity? More importantly whether the experiments were done at least 3 times, and still you got the same results? if not, you may want to repeat the experiments and confirm your data.
Thank you Chanda. Yes samples are from same batch and protein collected at the same time. This protein is generally suppose to be expressed but not sure why is is not there in some samples.
