Hi researcher and fellows,
the protein bands separated differently as compared in two gels (12.5%). The sample for both is the same but it looks like weird in the second gel. That gel did after I refill a new acrylamide. I am very confused that something went wrong with that acrylamide. Number on the head of image is the course time. Looking to the sample 12, proteins in second gel seem to be lower. Anybody has got the same problem like me. pls give advise

Abdelkader BOUAZIZ I refer to the protein band on the 12 course time. Gel I protein band look darker than gel II though sample is the same
You didn't answered my question. You said this fact occured once you you used a new acrylamide. If it is new, is there any differences with the previous one ? Regards
It's mean I dont know what wrong with the acrylamide, cuz I did the same protocol with the same sample but the result got different. I just compare two gel, the acrylamide refilling the container as supposed is the problem.
