I want to refine my powder x-ray diffraction data with GSAS software in EXPGUI. However, the data before 10 degree could not be imported into the program. I wonder that there may be something wrong in the settings of my software. But I cannot find which command button to set this well. Is there anybody could help me? I would be very appreciate! Thanks.
I agree with Nita Dragoe. Check especially the header information in your datafile. The starting 2theta is given there, and if it is wrong that will be a problem.

My gsas file was converted by powDLL program. It is okay to import by the same version GSAS software in other computers. I have tried to re-install the GSAS program. Unfortunately, it is still now worked well. Now, I use the EXP.file prepared with other computers. Thus, this problem can be overcome. Thank you for the kindness helping me.
