How does Setting of Restraints in GSAS EXPGUI?

Dear Everyone,

I read the GSAS Manual. But I cound not find setting Restraints in GSAS EXPGUI. Does the Restraints only be setted in GSAS-PC? Have you got any learning materials that can be shared with me?

The manual is fairly cryptic about restrains. I still cannot figure out how to set the max occupancy value constrain on sites with some fraction of vacancies... GSASII seems to be superior here
