Hi everyone I got my PCR prouduct acrylamide gel with pale band like this picture recently. next time i made new TBE 1x buffer for electrophoresis tank and new cyber acrylamide too, But again I got a band like this
Can anyone help me to resolve my problem?
Based on the gel colour I can say it's overstained. Try to catch the moment when your bands looks brighter than the background and proceed to the next step.

I think the problem is with the dye, so check PH for all your gel buffers and reagents, or prepare all fresh to be sure. Also, try an agarose gel.
