I collected data from outdoor test of organic photo voltaic to analyse stability but when plotted current/voltage i got a curve which is difficult to determine Isc, Voc,FF and PCE..can anyone assist me.

You need to describe how did you measure the plotted I-V curve.
It is so that every time you go to measure you have to measure a complete illuminated I-V curve. At the end of the measurement you must have so many I-V curves as the times you measured them.

This is the basic way to assess the aging of the solar cells. The results given in your curve are not conclusive.
