I have a queation 'why isn't voltage window above 1 V in galvano setting of EC lab ?'
A material that I'm using is made of carbon and iron oxide.
Can you help me resolve this problem??

I use GCPL and in the "E Range" you can change your potential window limits.
On my personal view, the potential window is determined by the potential of redox action which can be tested by cyclic voltammetry. The potential window should include all redox peaks but should not surpass the peaks too much otherwise the electrochemical polarization would happen. Normally, the potential window of aqueous electrolyte based supercapacitor is about 1V （sometimes it is lower）and nonaqueous electrolyte's could be higher.
You apply a 2 or 3-electrode configuration ?
Note: Also, you may use a higher i-range (and i-compliance) value.
Wow... all the comments here I'm sure are very practical. I first extened the setting of potential window limits beyond 1 V and make a electrode with high weight, and then I narrowed the window voltage by setting a little bit bigger around the potential at which redox reactions happened.
