I recently was trying to compare the growth rates of three different types of tumors. For simplicity I’ll cal them A B and C. of particular interest is the difference between is growth pattern difference if A and B.

when I do a kruskal Wallace there is signifigance between the three groups. When I do the the Dunn post hoc I find significance between B and C and C and A, but not the most important comparison A and B is Insignificant (p .44) However, out of curosity I did a man Whitney U test between A and B and I find that there is signifigance p
