I am currently attempting to run a trail pollination bag experiment based around humidity from previous advice kindly shared on ResearchGate.

For this experiment I take 5 basil plants and 5 different types of pollination bags. I then place the bags over the plant, seal the bag and then leave them all in the sun to record the data. I have also tried the same experiment in a greenhouse setting.

When it comes to recording results - the humidity steadily declines over the day. I am looking to see how much the humidity fluctuates in accordance with pollination bag. This is so I can decide which will be best to use to avoid humidity build up in my next trial which will be much longer term.

Does anyone have advice as to what I might be doing wrong?
