Hi, currently I'm running a geometry optimization calculation on BiOCl doped with Dy and it doesn't show anything. Usually when running a calculation it shows progress in form of a convergence graph and a energy graph but it has been running for almost 10 days and it doesn't show anything.
Any help is much appreciated
Sometimes MS doesn,t show any progress on GUI, but you can get real-time information in Job explorer.
Right click on job > click on remote view. You can see the updates in the file with extension castep.
Serkan Güldal I tried as per your recommendation sir but it showed me an error saying Application not found. Does this mean I've been running nothing?

To make sure we are on the same page. I attached a video. You can see remote files are removed after simulation is done successfully.

Yes sir, I did as you showed but up to remote view. after clicking remote view it showed "Application not found"
If the status of the job is running, most likely it is not running or there is a broken installation.
