Well the solvent was a mix of DMF/Acetone

Drying wasn't done

I was planning to do vacuum first then drying

You have to dry it first. Any reason not to heat Instead of vacuum?

we have a good graphic in the SI for our paper from 2019 in ACS Applied Polymer Materials”. We placed a pvdf solution in DMF into a TGA pan. Let it sit for a while at 25 C - about 95% of solvent gone in 24-36 hours. Then heated to 80 C and held for 48 hours - residual solvent driven off in about an hour.
