I am not 100% knowledgeable on MCNP so forgive me if I have made an obvious error. But I keep getting the same error as follows
"fatal error. there is no f card corresponding to this card." and I am not sure how to fix?

What version of MCNP are you using?
Just by looking at the attachments I have the following notes:
1. There should be no lines separating the materials, the source definition, the tally, the kcode and the nps cards,
2. in the tally multiplication card (FM) you have a material 28 that I do not see in your input,
3. reminder that you need 5 spaces for a continuation line (from the png file I cannot tell if you have enough spaces in your material definitions (materials m2 and m3)
4. there is no 92235.24c cross section; it is interesting to see that you are using .60c and .70c since I would expect to use the latest cross sections you have available.
It would have been very helpful to see your entire input file (if you can share it of course).
