Presumably you have already seen Roepke (1935) Rhopalocera Javanica and the 1942 supplement.
Probably the most recent book in English including Atrophaneura species is actually D'Abrera, B. (1982) Butterflies of the Oriental Region Part I. Hill House, Victoria, Australia, 244pp.
D'Abrera's Atrophaneura (pp. 34-50) included Byasa and Losaria, with A. priapus and A. luchti illustrated on pp. 44-45.
Nakae (2021) Papilionidae of the World (in Japanese) covered all species of Atrophaneura. See http://kawamo.co.jp/roppon-ashi/papilionidae.html/en/index.html for more information.
Since D'Abrera there have been very few publications on Javan Atrophaneura, but Hirata & Miyagawa (2006) published a paper on A. nox (Revisional study on the subspecies of Atrophaneura nox (Lepidoptera, Papilionidae), with descriptions of two new subspecies. Trans. lepid. Soc. Japan, 57(3): 187-201) which is available online (black & white only) from https://archive.org/details/tlsj-lepid-57-3-187/mode/2up .
