My CFD problem is having two interconnected rectangular channel, which is known as mini heat sink. I have already performed parallel flow inside of an interconnected mini heat sink. However, I could not able to perform the counter-flow process using the same mesh on the same object. The residuals of my problem are not changing while I am doing the counter flow process in the same mini heat sink.
NB: I think my mesh has good quality in skewness, aspect ratio, orthogonality.

Explain more about your numerical procedure. Which scheme do you use for pressure-velocity coupling? SIMPLE, coupled ...?
It's almost due to incorrect boundary conditions as you had it converged for parallel case, check your BCs and you may also try different solving schemes.

I have used simple scheme for pressure velocity coupling ,and all other methods were set as default. BCs were checked carefully.
