A good approach may be switching the suspected noise source on and off and checking the noise level with a sound meter. Since the objective is only detecting which component is making noise, you could get away with a cheap uncalibrated sound meter or even a phone app.

Thanks for the answer. But the issue is the refrigerator have several potential sources of components like compressor, condenser tube, condenser fan (sometimes), electric board (for inverter).

So, In running condition the components make combined sound. It is now difficult to detect the actual sources of noise.
