You have single line in Raman spectra only for monolayer sample. In case two or more layers 2D peak consists from at least two close lines. Exact wavenumber depend on exitation wavelength, it will be about 2714 cm-1 for blue and 2683 cm-1 for green light. In order to account for the gaussian component brought into the measurment by the instrument you can also use mixed line-shapes known as Voigt-Fits or allow your fitting routine to add some portion of gaussian broadening to the lorentzian line. I have collected N 1s data by XPS analysis. I want to evaluate the percentage of nitrogen species determined by deconvolution of the N 1s spectra by the Gaussian-Lorentzian mixed function using Origin 8.5. Can any one suggest me how to do that....
