Funding can not drive the use of cutting edge technology. If Third world countries get cutting edge technology the can get Nobel Prize

It depends on many factors......

Third world countries are not really supporting for scientific finding due to various factors such as fundings, Infrastructure and etc.Third world countries are not priority for scientific findings since they are having some other issues facing the country.

Because they don't have the connections and research facilities available to western scientist and scholars. There are a lot more Nobel prize winners in the west who also nominate colleagues than exist in third world countries.

Then, can third world have their version of Nobel Prize like the Japaneses and Chinese? What should be the framework?

Let change the narratives, we need state-of-art infrastructure and platform thinking ... accentuate our achievement in third world... use home grown methodologies and outstanding research on demand by industries .

I think that there are two reasons why third world scientists do not win the noble prize. First , the establishment is originally an occidental institution and the western scientists are the first in line and enjoy superiority. Second, third world scientists have not been able to come up with ground breaking, innovative ideas influencing the frontiers of knowledge compared to their western colleagues.

Positive attitude and hard work will break the convention.

The most fundamental pointer to the Nobel prize is to ask the RIGHT QUESTION /S and Providing the ANSWER/S that can be applied to solve problems of humanity , increase knowledge and push civilization to the NEXT LEVEL. The impact of the work validation will take twenty years or more.

In the third world or underdeveloped countries there are also great minds and creative researchers, only that the socio-economic and political conditions are not favorable for the full development of such creativity and technological innovation; therefore, there are few or no Nobel Prizes in our countries (mine is Mexico), although we can stand out in politics (Nobel Peace Prize: García Robles) and arts and humanities (Nobel Prize for Literature: Octavio Paz).

Occasionally we are part of research groups (operational researchers in multidisciplinary fields) that have achieved the Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology (Hormones Hypothalamic Liberating) and in Chemistry (Mario Molina).

Prove Ethogram Theory and I can assure you a Nobel Prize, no matter where you are. (One would have to be a behavioral scientist, or so oriented.) Such a proof of an instance(s) of the hypotheses provided have implications on/for so much (including basic assumptions and the defeat of constant false dualisms) that winning the Prize would be assured.

Dualisms in understanding major species-typical behavior patterns (i.e. Psychology) especially, for example, the answers to nature/nurture issues. Findings clearly in support of Ethogram Theory would instantly become a major foundation of developmental psychology and psychology as a whole (i.e. the major topics: in General Psychology and in Personality -- as well as developmental psychology).

One could also view it as Biology, since it would be the biology of behavior SO SEEN (behavior patterns, after-all, are a type of biological functioning -- and the new explanations would be of the form and nature of other biological understandings). The Nobel Prize might well be in Biology (which they, for historical reasons, might call "Physiology" -- which IS one of the specific areas noted in Alfred Nobel's will, addressing the Prize). Why can third world or any other regions like Asia with one/third of the world have equivalent award? For example Africa with 1.2 Billion people no Internationally acclaim award, Japan, (quality Control) china for academy of science.

Research validation is very poor in Africa and Third world academia and institutions and these will have impacts on the nominations of their (Africa/Third world) scientist globally.

This is my premise:

The process of technology validation is crucial for the assessment of innovative potential. Validation must be completed as fast as possible and lead as close to the market as possible. This requires the collaboration of research institutions, development laboratories and high-tech companies (high-tech SMEs and industrial manufacturers). Such a network or platform will need at its disposal a wide range of scientific and technological equipment and facilities to share and complement the necessary validation tasks, as well as the financial means (venture capital and investors) to cross the valley of death. Such a consortium represents a technology validation platform (TVP). Validation platforms can be created by combining existing national/regional technology clusters which each have state-of-the-art instrumentation/equipment for analysis, testing and production in one segment of the validation platform. Subsequently, the network is expanded and opened to additional partners so that it grows into a broad-based technology validation platform (TVP). The platform provides the necessary validation services to external developers. These TVPs can be linked to other TVPs with the goal of broadening further the technology toolbox to include emerging interdisciplinary fields or technologies.
