IncuCyte writes: "next scan in xx minutes" and when the time has come for scanning, its doing anything. Not scanning and then it writes: "next scan in 23 hours and 59 minutes"... so next day. Can anybody help me, why is this happening???
Sorry for the late reply and hope you have fixed your problem already. If not, we have had this same "phenotype" and Essen's tech support suggested to change the $5 light bulb and that fixed it. The IncuCyte doesn't give warning when the bulb is fried. It fails to do the current scan and just tells you it's ready to do the next time scan.. Best
Oh, good to know, thank you for information. Our IncuCyte is now scanning and I really dont know where was the problem. Firstly was not scanning and I also couldnt see the already scanned pictures, but in few days there were all the pictures I scanned. Im really crazy about it, but finaly its working :) And thank you again, if there will be any such a problem, now I will know what to do :)
