I am grounding cardamom with fructose or saccharose for the adherence of the volatile oils and the flavour. Anymore the sugars help me to mill the cardamom effectively and I produce a paste, which I use with other herbals.
Thank you sir, can you please give me any reference supporting your statement, and is there any previous literature regarding the use of cardamom and sugar along with other herbals?

I am mixing cardamom together with galanger, curcuma longa, pasted lemon.
The literature described other herbs like amomi fructus, armeniacae scutellariae radix, glycyrhizia radix, caryophylli flos,linderae radix, magnolia off. cortex etc. which are mixed with cardomom.
Cardamom entered the channels of lung, spleen and stomach and promotes the movement of qi (TCM theory).
