Radiation, transplantation of lab-grown malignant cells and a wide array of chemicals/mutagens/carcinogens come to mind. There are also mouse strains that spontaneously develop malignancies, but it is anybody's guess how good models they are for human disease and/or treatment.
You should really examine the evidence in the field, and the methods used to have a general idea about what you are going for. Ideally. you should give us some clue (if you have any) about the hypothesis you want to test?
thank u so much for your reply mam...and I have maximum 8to9 months to complete my post graduation project work... and we have some compounds which are expected to have anti cancer activity... but the problem comes with induction... if you know about any method which can induce any one type of cancer within three months...at some what
low cost please suggest me... and what are the instruments and chemicals required to get lab grown malignant cells?
