Can anybody please suggest me about the measures that are to be considered to decrease the death rate in benzene treated wistar rats.. And the preferred oral dose of benzene to induce aplastic anaemia in the same..
Benzene is usually given by ip doses or via inhalation. I am not sure about oral doses of benzene.
Benzene (as highly lipid soluble product) has very poor oral absorption, so you can use i.p or inhalation rout.
How much dose for it?
Hi try to this link, you'll find this paper
