I have been running cAMP cell based assay with SK-MEL2 cell line. The assay works good for few times- good S/B window, cAMP scale. But other times, the standards are good but control compounds are not in expected range. The data is too noisy. We have optimized the assay but despite that not getting reproducible data. Any help will be appreciated.
