Hey Abaqus geeks!! I have a basic question regarding how to decide how much increments we need to put for our simulation?

In my Problem, I have 3 point bending system. I need to put a boundary condition for the displacement of 20 mm and which goes with a velocity of 5 mm/s. For this condition how much Time period do I need to put and what are the Initial, minimum and maximum values needed to add in the Step? Please help me out
