I know nitrogen inversion barrier is less than sulfur:
Because:
1-R-N-R is 104 Ao but R-S-R is
Phosphorous has fewer electro negativity than sulfur. Therefore electron pairs are not so close to the phosphorous atom and inversion could be easier.

but , Phosphorous has fewer electro negativity than nitrogen, Nitrogen (R-N-R) has it Angle More.why? example :( NH3 : 1070and PH3 93.50 )
