I want to synthesize Fe3O4 nano-particle that in finally, i can keeper in water with particle size fix and nm for later use (Not powder)?
Is there any article about this? i found a few article about synthesize Fe3O4 nanoparticle that finally we have to dried them for later use.
The anhydrous FeCl3 (4 mmol) was first vigorously mixed with 40 mL of DI to form a clear solution. Then, Na3Cit (1.6 mmol) was added and the mixture was heated at 80 °C with stirring to form a clear solution. After dissolving of anhydrous NaOAc (12.0 mmol), the mixture was transferred into a Teflon-lined stainless-steel autoclave (100 mL capacity) and sealed in air. Following this, the autoclave was kept at 200 °C for 6 h. After being allowed to cool naturally to room temperature, the black products were collected by centrifugation (12,000 rpm, 30 min) and washed with ethanol for three times. The obtained precipitate was then dried at 60 °C for further use. Furthermore, Fe3O4 nanoparticles with a size of 5 nm, 10 nm, and 20 nm were obtained at 200 °C for 4 h, 10 h and 250 °C for 6 h, respectively .

Thank you for reply. But i don't want ( dried at 60 °C for further use ). i want after the centrifugation, keeper my magnetic in water for further use (without change particle size)

The particle size depend upon the temperature, if don't want temp. remove this step find Fe3O4 nanoparticles.
