Please note that you wrote to the ResearchGate community, not to the RG team. However, the team will not be able to help. For the reasons and for more information, see my reply to this similar question: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Why_did_ResearchGate_not_count_three_of_my_recent_citations
Concerning notifications by email on new citations: It seems that this type of emails is no longer available, see https://www.researchgate.net/settings/emails (and see https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14292900996241-Managing-your-email-settings).
Dear Wolfgang R. Dick Thanks for the reminder that you can change settings. I was already wondering for some time why I receive so many notifications (I do not recall that I choose that option in the past). But when it comes to https://www.researchgate.net/settings/emails I see under "Your publications" that they can send you a notification when "I am cited ..."
But having said this I do not recall that I received such a notification by email ever...
Thank you for drawing my attention to this option. I had overlooked that. However, it seems that these notifications do not work at this time. Generally, the last notification I received from ResearchGate was of January 13 this year.
