At several instances I found that adding an article published in a scientific journal was far from easy. In particular, I noticed that all scientific journals are not listed even though thay have a registered ISSN. In the following example, my article was published in SOIL ORGANISMS whose ISSN is 2509-9523. Unfortunately the name of this journal, being unknown (?) to RG, cannot be added when I edit the metadata of the article:

Other examples concern journals whose name has changed, and the ISSN by the same token, or journals which are not listed in the Clarivate Web of Science. For the sake of convenience, it would be better to add directly the ISSN in place of selecting the journal name within an incomplete list of pre-selected journal names. If I remember this was possible in the past, why no longer at all?
