Is there any mathematical formulation available explaining the phenomena of formation of re circulation zone in terms of velocity of the fluid and magnetic field strength. Which can explain strength of RZ and their positions. Or Please explain in general how Lorentz force (Which causes the rotation in fluid) due to magnetic field affect the fluid inside a closed vessels having non zero velocity.

Studies about the effect of magnetic field on fluids behavior can be classified as Manetohydrodynamics (MHD) and Ferrohydrodynamics (FHD). Mathematical modeling of FHDs may have some points in common with MHDs, but generally speaking, it uses significantly different ideas. The equations of MHD deal with nonmagnetizable but electrically conducting fluids, which is in sharp contrast to ferrofluids. In MHD studies the external magnetic field generates the so called Lorentz body force that is proportional to the magnetic field intensity. The flow and temperature fields can be affected by the Lorentz force. Mathematical formulations are available for both approaches. You can see the effect of the magnetic field on swirling and recirculating flow formation in our published papers.

Thank you Mr. Mojtaba Bezaatpour for your reply. We do numerical simulation of non-magnetized fluid flow inside a Lid Driven Cavity in the presence of magnetic field. From this we observed that with increase in magnetic field velocity profile compresses hence the kinetic energy of the system reduces which opposes the convection mode of heat transfer(As Nusselt number is decreasing). I got a doubt , But in your paper I found that you are saying with increase in magnetic field convection increases. Which is contrary to what we have observed.
