Pipe dimensions: length=1m; diameter=0.01m
Axi-symmetric model under constant wall temperature (350 K) (Inlet temperature = 293 K)
Eulerian model
Realizable K-epsilon (per phase)
coupled solver (pressure based)
Re=20,000 (Inlet velocity =2m/s).
The above are the inlet conditions. For the single-phase model (1% Al2O3 model), the outlet temperature was around 314.5 K but for the Eulerian model it was 318.84 K.
The possible changes that can be made are:
1. Changing relaxation factors (not sure because convergence is fine)
2. Increasing thickness of pipe
3. Changing mesh to unstructured
I believe I'm missing something. Any suggestions will be really helpful. Thank you
