I'm solving a prismatic battery thermal management problem using ansys 19.2, used steady state and laminar flow conditions in fluent.

While solving, if I choose convergence criteria to 10^-3 for everything except for energy 10^-6, at 41 iterations the solution is converging. At that instance all the contours and energy balance are correct. Later if I make convergence criteria to none, energy equation starts diverging and giving an error "temperature limited to 1.000000e+00 in 9 cells on zone 9 in domain 1".

Help me out in solving this problem.
