I'm solving a prismatic battery thermal management problem using ansys 19.2, used steady state and laminar flow conditions in fluent.
While solving, if I choose convergence criteria to 10^-3 for everything except for energy 10^-6, at 41 iterations the solution is converging. At that instance all the contours and energy balance are correct. Later if I make convergence criteria to none, energy equation starts diverging and giving an error "temperature limited to 1.000000e+00 in 9 cells on zone 9 in domain 1".
Help me out in solving this problem.

Abbas J Jubear I tried with very coarse mesh to fine mesh, still the problem persits.
Emre Kara I just uploaded the screenshots of boundary conditions for your reference.
I have modelled battery as source term with internal heat generation.
Please let me know if any other information is required.
Check the boundary conditions of geometry model. It should be compatible with the problem.
