Dear Colleague,

We are attempting to label our target with 2 separate fluorophores. However, one of the two incorporated pAzFs doesn't react with the label and we only get one-site labeling. we know that both pAzFs are incorporated from the size of the protein product. Single molecule fluorescence shows that the protein either has label 1 or label 2.

Any ideas on how to improve accessibility of the pAzF labels?
