Why doesn't appear all the bands of the molecular weight size marker I use in SDS-PAGE?

I'm using a molecular weight size marker (cat #161-0373), but I don't have all the bands and lately the last band I get was not straight. I run in a 12% gel, I use 80v for the stacking and 200v for the running buffer.
