Thanks for your answer but the situation here is different. because the framewrok shuold remain the same through out the synthesis process. but the whoöe shape changes from rod to spherical.

Dear Shoaib, can you provide some additional informations about your operating conditions (of platinum incorporation in particular)? It seems that there's a sort of interation between your MOF and platinum, leading to a modification of MOF shape. Again, are the operating conditions of platinum incorporation the same as other metal particles?

yes the operating conditions were kept the same through out for each metal particle.

So it should be a sort of interaction between your MOF and Platinum itself. You could check if your crystal structure (i.e. phases) changes along with its morphology. It seems that some dissolution/recrystallization phenomenon is in act. Again, describing your synthesis in more detail could be helpful

well it can be a possibility, the xrd of pure MOF shows (by pure i mesn without any metal particle) some peak in the range of 10 till 20 but with metal particles.the first three peaks in the range of 10 till 15 and then the peak at nearly 18° rises . but i tried to match both of the data with X'pert and it said it is ZIF. simple. about synthesis I reduced the plainum precursor in MOF solution.
